Oppo, the chinese has released its latest smartphone, Oppo R5. Oppo R5 is a smartphone with unique capabilities and premium design. Oppo R5 is one of the Oppo’s flagship, is the thinnest smartphone today with a thickness of the body only 4.9 mm.

Not just that, the physical beauty of the Oppo R5 supported by clear touch screen, carrying the 5.2-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 (423 ppi) with a scratch-resistant coating Corning Gorilla Glass 3. On the performance side, this smartphone has been used octa-core processor 615 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon, Adreno 405 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. Then there is a 13 MP primary camera and a secondary camera 5 MP. Smartphone in priced around 600 US Dollars.

Design

Oppo R5 has the dimension of 148.9 x 74.5 x 4.9 mm and 155 grams of weight. Oppo R5 carrying unibody design and has non-removable battery. Oppo R5 Body carrying the coating PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) aluminum alloy material and stainless steel in the frame and make this smartphone looks shiny and scratch resistant. In addition, a surface is also free of spotting fingerprints, and also has a super-thin body that feels solid and sturdy when held.

On the front of this smartphone are 5.2-inch AMOLED screen (1080 x 1920 with a density of 423 ppi screen) resulting a color display which is so natural with the balance in contrast and brightness is proportional so comfortable to the eye. And also reflective screen has a fairly good level. At the top of the screen there is a secondary camera of 5 MP and sensors, are at the bottom of the screen there are three capacitive buttons (multitasking, home and back). Then on the back there is a 13 MP primary camera with LED flash. On the right side are the volume and power buttons made of metal and on the left side there is a SIM card slot. Then at the bottom there is a microUSB port and a microphone hole. But, Oppo R5 does not have an audio port, a compromise should be accepted due to the ultra-thin design. But Oppo R5 users no need to worry. Because the available earphones that utilize proprietary microUSB port as the audio track or the user can use the headphones bluetooth or USB adapter.
